This organic Malbec hails from vineyards 3000-3900 feet above sea level.
It's a savoury wine with aromas of red plums and wild berries, brown spice, roasted herbs, bittersweet chocolate and coffee. The palate follows the same route - spicy and meaty with roasted flavours layered with fruit. A medium weight and length is lifted by bright acidity. A suitable everyday red for meat and tomato-based pastas or grilled beef.

Rich Meats , Barbeque, Cheese - Hard/Aged, Eat your Root Veggies, GONE CRACKERS
